Executive Summary

Diamondex Resources Ltd. is exploring for diamonds and evaluating diamond-bearing kimberlites in the Buffalo Head Hills and Loon River Lowlands of Alberta. From April 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008, Diamondex carried out core drilling and ground geophysical surveying on metallic and industrial mineral permits on the Buffalo Hills property.

During the term covered by this report, Diamondex established access infrastructure for drilling at the K5, K6, K14, K91, BH225 and K252 kimberlites and conducted core drilling at the K14 and K252 kimberlites. It also performed ground geophysical surveys at the K3 and K19 kimberlites.
