Executive Summary

Introductory and background information on soils, soil mapping and soil interpretations of the Okotoks area. The soil map is presented on an aerial photo-mosaic base. The photo base aids in identification and location of areas, however the linear and spatial distortion inherent in a photo mosaic must be appreciated. The soil-landscape units delineated on the map are described briefly in the map legend and in greater detail in the report.
